Individual support
1:1 Arts therapy, Melbourne
We help kids, teens and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression and their symptoms. We support people with autism, ADHD, or who have experienced trauma and violence. Through our 1:1 individual arts therapy sessions we give people the chance to communicate through the arts. This results in increased confidence, self-awareness, and emotional expression, leading to better communication and relationships.

I recommend arts therapy as it gives you a creative and safe space to sort out emotions and thoughts. For anyone who has ASD or PTSD it gives you an outlet to try and understand your brain and the world. It‘s a safe space where you can say anything and it can‘t be wrong.
